For Musicians in Foundation to Year 1/2
Discovery Club has grown since our start in 2020 to embody our vision for an accessible, inclusive and FUN place to enter the world of music through our #playtolearn principle.
In 2024 we are moving Discovery Club into it’s own place as THE Club for musicians in Foundation, Year 1 & 2. These musicians are not only new to music — they’re also overcoming challenges faced by their developing fine motor control, socio-emotional regulation, coordination — and let’s face it — it’s tough being small!
But our little friends bring the energy and curiosity that we thrive on as Music Mentors.
Over 9 sessions per term we will work through the building blocks of music such as pitch, rhythm, keyboard recognition and explore fun instruments like Drums & Percussion, Keyboards, Guitars and more! We have loads of fun games that sneakily teach musical fundamentals and will always work towards a big jam as a mini-ensemble!
Here’s what you can expect:
– a 40 minute session either in school time or after school (depending on your 2024 school)
– a new 2024 ratio of 1:6 with your Music Mentor!
– 9 lessons per term / 18 lessons per semester / 36 lessons over the school year
– a great base to expand your interests and goals before you enter our new Launchpad program from Year 1/2+ >>
Term Fees:
Term Fees: $282 for 9 sessions / or $38 for members enroled in a Launchpad Program!
5% off when you join or renew by March 18 for a Term 2 start!

This fun and engaging 40 minute group program will allow our musicians to explore and grow on a variety of instruments including Keyboards, Percussion, Guitar, Ukulele & Bass! Aimed at Foundation to Year 2 musicians just starting out — learn to play, have fun and build up your fine motor control.
