I’ve started having meetings with some very enthusiastic and supportive school Principals in our area about bringing new opportunities for learning music before, during and after school times. Everyone recognizes the value that learning music has for a young person’s academic, social and personal development. We hope to share more ideas about how learning an instrument and speaking the language of music will help everyone in our community develop their ‘whole selves’.
The Ranges Music Network is an exciting spring board for a new, synergeous community of music lovers, music makers and educators. We aim to connect you with opportunities in your school, in your community — and most importantly for lifelong learning.
