Ally Broddle is a multi-talented string specialist and educator with a passion for working with young people and encouraging their love of Strings.

Ally began playing violin at the age of six which began a life long love affair with the instrument.

She continued developing her technique and zeal for performance through to VCE Music Performance while at Braemar College.

Ally is a graduate of Monash University‘s Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance). Throughout her time at Monash, Ally regularly performed with the Monash Academy Orchestra, as well as in smaller chamber ensembles. She continued to hone her performance skills under the tutelage of renowned educators/performers Prue Jury, Lisa Grosman and Andrea Keeble.

Ally has been a member of Melbourne Youth Orchestra‘s Chamber Strings and the Percy Grainger Youth Orchestra. She has tutored at the MSO’s Pizzicato Effect program and at Victoria’s State Music Camp.

Ally currently also teaches Violin and Viola at Ivanhoe Grammar School, Aitken College and Overnewton Anglican Community College
